GiveMeSomeLeads Inc. operates the Give Me Some Leads website and provides the services described in this policy.

We provide contractor website development, lead generation services, landing page development, campaign management, tracking systems, and related marketing services for home improvement contractors across the United States.

If something isn't working as expected, we're committed to working with you to find a solution.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

New clients may request a refund of their first monthly management or website subscription payment within 14 days of the initial billing date, provided that:

• The service has not been substantially delivered;
• Significant project work has not already been completed; and
• The request includes a brief explanation so we can improve our services.

Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are non-refundable:

• One-time setup fees once work has begun;
• Website setup and development fees after project commencement;
• Custom design, content, or development work already completed;
• Domain registration, renewal, transfer, or related fees;
• Hosting fees already incurred;
• Third-party software, tools, or advertising costs;
• Google Ads or other advertising spend;
• Partial months after cancellation.

Setup fees cover project planning, website configuration, tracking setup, analytics configuration, campaign setup, testing, optimization preparation, and launch support.

Website Services

For contractor website packages, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving website content, images, and requested revisions during the development process.

Once a website has been approved and launched, completed work is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund.

Landing Page Services

Landing page projects are custom-built for each client. Once a landing page has been approved and delivered, completed work is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.

Lead Generation Services

GiveMeSomeLeads does not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, appointments, projects, revenue, or return on advertising investment.

Marketing performance can vary based on factors including competition, service area, seasonality, advertising budget, offer quality, website performance, and sales follow-up.

Cancellation

Recurring website maintenance and marketing management services may be cancelled according to the terms outlined in the client's service agreement.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
